The Career Service continues to run the Women’s Competence Center seminars, especially seminars for women. In spite of the growing number of women university students, women are still under-represented, especially in scientific and engineering subjects. This also applies in the corresponding careers and at the higher career levels.

“Women Entrepreneurs in Europe” is an alliance between Siemens and IE Business School to promote successful entrepreneurship among young European women with technical background. The goals are designed to promote scientific-driven innovation, boost young women's ambition, and build entrepreneurial and constructive attitudes among European youth.
Help to achieve these goals by setting a business ideas competition, which will be launched in European countries.
