General Information
 
CIT offers you...
a two-year MSc experience:
1st year at the "Home University" (either TUHH or PdT or AAU);
2nd year: 3rd semester and (optional) 4th semester at the "Host University" (one of the two partner university where you did NOT spend the first CIT year). Students choose whether they want to return to their home university for the 4th semester or stay on at the host university.

Though entirely taught in English, CIT is not a program for „foreigners only“ but aims to bring together Germans, Italians and students from many other countries. All partners are members of the ECIU network (www.eciu.org).

CIT is supported by ECIU and DAAD. TUHH is working to provide scholarships sponsored by the DAAD. If the application is successful, these scholarships will be limited to German students (moving from TUHH to PdT in the second year of CIT), due to the regulations of the sponsor.

Strong Partners
CIT is offered jointly by Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH), Politecnico di Torino (PdT) and Aalborg Universitet (AAU). The programme is based on three local MSc courses in the domain of Information and Communication Technologies that are accredited and successfully running at each location since many years. To get the best of these three courses and to provide for a truly European learning experience, we created CIT, adding PdT’s expertise to TUHH’s competence in the field. Aalborg Universitet (AAU) from Denmark joined CIT as additional partner, bringing even more know-how and mobility options into CIT.
