Content:

The two main topics in this lecture are advanced ceramic materials and Polymers and Composites. The Ceramic part will give an introduction to ceramic materials starting from a simple powder up to creating a final product. The single steps on the production route like powder forming as well as the machining of ceramics will be explained. Finally technical important machanical and electrical properties of ceramics product will be shown.
