Secret of Scoring High
Every Masters course is different, with some being more on the technological side and others being on the management side. It is difficult to cut out one strategy for all but attending the lectures regularly and a thorough preparation before every exam would help. It means to study the lecture slides along with the required material and practicing the exercises would definitely lead to a good result. Most of the master's courses are technical in nature and regular studying is a must to gain a good understanding of the subject matter. A graduate degree opens up the doors for a bright future in the current globalized world, so proper attention must be paid to secure good results. Consultation with seniors from various departments on a need basis and to refer to old question papers to understand the importance of each subject and examination is also a recommendation to the incoming students.

Student Life
As a student pursuing an international study program, there is ample things to learn and experience. Germany and more specifically Hamburg is a vibrant city with international people and international opportunities. While the days will be long with classes and lectures followed by laboratory classes, the evening and the night calls for enjoying a drink with a friend or two in the party areas of Hamburg. Most importantly, being in touch with people from all over the world makes the two years of study in TUHH more enriching. The chance to learn a new language, widely accepted in European Union is an additional plus point for future global career. An advice is to be open minded and learn as much as possible thorough interactions with different students and professors.
