The EPDIS project brings together six partners from four different European countries. It started on 1st April 2002 and proceeds until 31st March 2005.
EPDIS follows a mulitmedia approach in order to integrate information from various sources into one system. Special interest is given on the integration of information formerly stored in the pilot book combined with a 3D view generated by satellite pictures.
