IT service catalogue
The IT service catalogue is available in its new version since the 1st of october 2010.The central point of contact for all customers and users is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC). It is subdivided into the new Service Desk (SD) regarding telephone and email and the well known User Service Center (USC) regarding personal requests.
All IT services are assigned to IT service groups that correspond with the organisation chart of the computing center. The descriptions of each IT-service will be designed in 2010 and will be reachable via the IT service catalogue.

The IT service catalogue is under constant improvement (KVP). In the computing center more service management-processes will be introduced like "service level management". Thus, the IT services can develop in a customer orientated way.
