Base classes and interface definitions that are same for robot and simulation.

This namespace contains the base classes that enable the exchange of depending sourcecode between the simulation and a real robot. This includes classes for an agent, controllers and peripheries. Furthermore some common interfaces for controllers and peripheries are defined.
