12.10.2010 Prof. Fumio Kodama from Japan as visiting professor at TIM
We are glad to announce that Prof. Fumio Kodama is visiting our institute between October and December 2010. Prof. Kodama, the renowned author of "Emerging Patterns of Innovation: Sources of Japan's Techonological Edge" will share his vast experience about Japanese practices of innovation management with students of our course "Technology Management" in several lectures.
14.07.2010 Call for Papers for Special Issue on "Global products from innovation labs in developing countries"
Our institute (project team Global Innovation) together with Research Center for Global R&D Management (University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and Tongji University in Shanghai/China) is currently preparing a special issue of International Journal of Technology Management (IJTM) on globalization of innovation with a special focus on emerging economies, for example - but not limited to - China and India. Prof. Cornelius Herstatt and Prof. Max von Zedtwitz are guest editors of the issue. Deadline for a first, brief abstract is Aug. 31, final papers are due on Dec. 31.
