Introduction to EH&S and the Overall Technical-, Organizational- and Personal (TOP) Accident and Incidents Prevention Concept. 2. “Personal” area in EH&S- the Antecedents, Behavior, Consequence-Model of leading and learning as well as the Basics of human behavior. 3. The „Organizational“Area in „TOP” for achieving top EH&S Performance. 4. The “Technology” Area in TOP- for achieving top EH&S Performance 1. Introduction to EH&S 1.1 TOP- Concept (Technical. Organizational, Personal) and Management Systems in the Business Engineering Process Steps: From Lab- & Pilot scale, Purchasing, Process-Eng., Detailed-Eng., Construction, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance and to Logistics. 1.2 Technical Measures & Tools for design, purchasing and operation of safe equipment 1.3 Organizational Measures & Tools for organization and methods for achieving top EH&S Performance in a self learning organization. 1.4 Personal Measures & Tool for procedures development, employee training and procedure use.
