Waste Science & Technology

Why I joined IWWG

This is a unique group of people with a broad geographic coverage and ample expertise in a wide range of scientific disciplines, representation of governmental agencies, public sector and industry.  The group is not large, not yet at least, but impressive in terms of the knowledge it possesses in waste management. I wanted to be a part of that group, to get a better access to the knowledge and experience of its members, to learn more about their successes and failures.  I am not planning only to take, I am also ready to give and share – my time, ideas, technical base and effort – to contribute making this professional organization an important node of the global waste management sector with an impact stretching outside its boundaries.
